It is a set of two Senreicha Sencha (new tea of 2019) and Hojicha (only the first tea) tea bag (2.5g x 2).
This tea has a history of over 300 years in Kamikawa, Hyogo Prefecture.
Pesticides are tea gardens that have not been used for more than 20 years.
As for fertilizer, we have stopped using chemical fertilizers and purchased compost since autumn 2017.
Since it is a tea plantation at the foot of the mountain, we use the grass and dead leaves of that mountain as fertilizer and circulate it only in the mountain.
The taste has a refreshing sweetness.
The taste is modest, but it has a rich aroma.

About cultivation method
